Summary of Volfest 25 June 2021

Volfest – 25 June 2021

Volunteering Bay of Plenty is delighted to announce the first Volfest event will take place at Baycourt Theatre in central Tauranga.

This coincides with National Volunteer Week in New Zealand and provides multiple opportunities for Volunteers to share experiences and meet Volunteer Engaging Organisations. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for organisations to share knowledge and opportunities.

Volfest also invites the corporate world to get a glimpse into the power and variety of Volunteering in our region and the importance of the sector in ensuring our communities function safely and effectively. The sector contributes more than $4b to the GDP.

VISITORS

Why would I attend?

Volfest will be a ‘one stop shop’ to chat with many of the local organisations seeking volunteers. This group will range from Not-for-profit organisations and art organisations, through to emergency services and sporting groups. This is a great way to find what suits you best and how you can add optimal value while ticking all your boxes for development, philanthropy or just a great way to meet new people.

Cost to visit – as we are a non- profit organisation we welcome a donation or koha when you attend. The seminar series is free to stream at: Yet to announce

EXHIBITORS

Why would I exhibit?

Volunteers that suit your requirements can be hard to find. This is a great way to share your organisations story with a group of engaged people as well as a great opportunity to share your story through our social media activity at the event, reaching an even wider audience.

Cost to exhibit?

A stand within the Baycourt X-Space costs $200 for the day and includes a table, 2 x chairs, a display board and your own branded sign supplied by Volbop.
